IN THIS COURSE, WE WILL WORK ON...

• Understanding the labor and birth journey.
  
• Visioning for your birth and creating a birth plan. 
  
• Reviewing the anatomy & physiology of a birthing body.
  
• Practicing techniques for comfort, pain management, and relaxation.
  
• Knowing how to support the birthing person emotionally & physically.
  
• Anticipating what to expect in your birthing location. 
  
• Developing skills to advocate for your family.
  
• Practicing informed consent.
  
• Working with plant medicine across the trimesters.  
  
• Understanding pelvic floor care & healing.
  
• Preparing for postpartum & bodyfeeding.
  
• Learning simple infant massage.

COURSE DETAILS

• Each class is open to the birthing person and one support person. 
• Participants will receive a package of homemade herbal medicine.
• Participants will have access to a Google folder full of valuable resources and documents.
• I offer a sliding scale @ $350-$450. Please pay what you can within this range. ​
